Refund policy

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.

• It must be in its original packaging.

• All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

• The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or installation errors.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Normal wear and tear

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Products returned without original packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return, please send us an email on [email protected] with order details, along with a point of contact.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. 

Return Shipping

For eligible returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, return pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.

For all other approved returns, return shipping charges may apply.
